The Wazzu Cuvée is a sparkling wine made from a blend of Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, and Riesling grapes from the Ravenholt Research and Teaching Vineyard at WSU Tri-Cities. The student winemaking team chose to use a traditional method to create the wines, fermenting and bottling at the WSU Wine Science Center.
Aromas/Flavors: Fresh ginger with hints of rose, lemon, and lime
